Tucana NG allows you to delete a registered domain name within a Money Back Grace Period (often up to 3-days depending on the domain name bought).
Money Back Grace Period is the total number of days after a domain name registration, during which you may delete a domain name to receive refund.
To do this, you simply need to contact our support team via ticket and verify your identity. This is to ensure the right/verified user is deleting the domain.
You may also contact our support team at support@tucana.ng to place your request and know the status of your request.
N.B. Deleting a domain name will immediately disable any services associated with the domain name such as:
- Any website running on the domain name would stop working.
- Email accounts configured for the domain name will also stop working.
