Before you submit a support request, you will need the following information:
- Your cPanel & WHM server’s hostname or IP address.
- Your server’s Support Access ID. To locate your ID, use one of the following methods:
- Navigate to the Contact cPanel section of WHM’s Support Center interface (WHM >> Home >> Support >> Support Center).
- Log in to the server as a root-level user and run the /usr/local/cpanel/cpanel -S command.
